What to ExpectStand Strong is a three-day wellness and healing gathering for Cold Lake First Nations men and young men ages 13 and older. Held at Métis Crossing, the gathering creates space for honest conversations, cultural connection, personal growth, and practical learning.
Participants will be supported to step away from daily pressures, reflect on where they are, and strengthen the skills, relationships, and sense of purpose needed to move forward.

Experienced facilitators will guide the gathering with care, structure, confidentiality, and respect. Participants can engage at their own pace while being encouraged to take part.
